Do you offer teacher discounts?

Thank you teachers for supporting Phases of Luna! If you are a yoga teacher, or fitness instructor of any kind, please kindly send over your name and teaching certificate over to: yogawithjord@gmail.com. We will send you over a personalized discount code to use.
How long does shipping take?

Your order will usually take 1-3 days to process. Since we are a small business and we aren’t Amazon, the small Phases of Luna team of two puts time and love into every single package and piece of clothing. We pack your cute and comfortable clothes with care via USPS. This usually takes 2-6 business days to arrive at your door and into your closet. If for any reason you have not received any sort of confirmation, or it has been more than two weeks and you still have no package, please contact: yogawithjord@gmail.com Products that are made to order in house will take at least 1 week to process. If you ordered a pre-order item, this can take up to 3 weeks to ship.
Can I return or exchange my items?

We want you to absolutely LOVE your clothes and feel amazing when wearing them! If you need a different size, color, or style, please email yogawithjord@gmail.com to arrange your exchange! If you are unhappy with the item you will receive a refund. We want your 100% honest feedback so that we can improve each item. It's our mission to create comfortable clothing for EVERY BODY.
What's the status on my return?

We recommend using a postal carrier that provides a return tracking #. Upon checking the receipt date of the package, please allow 2-4 business days for processing of the return. If you have any questions or concerns, contact: yogawithjord@gmail.com
Where do you source your inventory?

We source our garments all over the world. Some items are sourced internationally, while others are sourced here in the USA. We take our time to review each garment company, to ensure we find products that are eco friendly, sustainable, and overall better for the earth and for our bodies. The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

Phases of Luna is a small business, therefore we are always working to restock popular items. If there is a particular item you would like to see again, you are able to request to be notified when its back in stock! If the product still appears on our site, despite being "out of stock" it is likely going to be restocked. Some items may also have the option to be pre ordered.
Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world.
Does everything run true to size?

All of our biker short sets, and sports bras run TRUE TO SIZE. The Mona & Jackie sets run a little smaller, and we recommend you size UP. If you are in between sizes for any matching sets + leggings, we recommend you size up! The product description includes recommendations to help you choose the best fit for you.
